Received 100 acres for War 1812-15 combatant service.
Moved to Yarmouth Twp, Elgin County.
Married Mary Ensley (b. 10 Mar 1799 d. 21 June 1848 both in Yarmouth) on 3 Sep 1818 in Yarmouth.
